    The attention of doctor Zaugg was not good, everything was good with the assistant, she took the time to ask me all the questions. After that I waited more than 40 minutes for the doctor and when he finally arrived, he just read the notes and told me that he couldn¿t do anything for me. He just told me that I could use some drops in my eyes that I was already using but he didn¿t see in their notes.

    Dr Zaugg is professional, kind, easy to understand, likable, thorough, and an outstanding surgeon. He explained each step of the process to allay fear. His entire supporting staff of excellent individuals reflect their admiration of him. He is busy yet caring. He sacrificed extra time to accommodate his busy schedule, which demonstrates his commitment to helping improve other's eyesight. Obviously, I respect this fine physician.
